Rhosyn - the Welsh word for rose – a vintage, traditional method sparkling wine from our 2021 harvest is a blend of our seyval blanc and pinot noir grapes with gentle skin contact providing a delicate blush to the wine.

Starting with floral notes of cherry blossom and rose petals. Hints of red fruit, cherries, strawberries, and pomegranate. Good acidity, delicate savoury pastry notes, a fine mousse, and good length.
